Property Rules

Occupancy:

The property is rented to families, married couples, or responsible adults over the age of

25. Guests are not permitted to exceed the amount of people that the rental allows.

Parking:

Parking is available on the property. Please use the designated parking spaces and Garages and avoid blocking any driveways or access points.

Street parking is also available. Please ensure you follow all local parking regulations and signs to avoid fines or towing.

Damage and Cleanliness:

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Please report any preexisting damage or issues to the property manager as soon as possible.

The property should be left clean and in good condition upon departure. Normal wear and tear is expected.

Elevator Access:

Both the inside and outside elevator doors must be completely closed for the elevator to operate.

Please refer to the instructions inside the elevator for further details.

Beach Regulations:

10 Beach tags are required for all adults aged 12 and older during the summer season.

Tags can also be purchased on the beach.

Follow all local beach regulations, including designated swimming areas and no trespassing on dune areas.

There is a $50 fee charged for any lost or stolen beach tags.

Guests will be provided with 4 beach chairs as well as beach towels.

Trash and Recycling:

Trash pick-up is on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and recycling pick-up is on Wednesdays.

For recycling, no plastic bags are permitted in recycling cans.

Please put garbage and recycling in their respective bins.

Pets:

Pets are not allowed. A $1,000 fee will be charged for any violations.

Noise and Conduct:

Please be considerate of the neighbors. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during late hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM). Loud music, parties, and disruptive behavior are not permitted.

For your safety, refrain from sitting on any railings or similar structures and avoid exceeding the designated rooftop area.

Fireworks and bonfires are strictly prohibited.

Grills:

Grills are available for use. Please clean them after each use and follow all safety guidelines.

Please put the grill cover on grill and turn propane tank to the off position when you are finished using.

Spare propane tank is in the garage.

Check-Out Time:

Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please ensure the property is vacant and cleaned by this time.

We often have new guests arriving on the same day, so it is important to adhere to the check-out time to allow for proper cleaning and preparation of the property.
